I had a service done on the evaporative cooler, and did not notice for a couple of months that a braided hose connection was dripping, I called them to ask if they could send a guy next time he was passing by to tighten it up. The unfriendly receptionist said no, and went on to tell me how it would be a deteriorated hose and would not concede for a moment there could have been a problem with their service. She told me there would have to be a charge out call. I did mention if it was something more than just a loose hose i would be happy to pay whatever was required. I borrowed a ladder got on the roof fixed it with a quarter of a turn. Very disappointing service, I will not use them again. Also once before they provided an extremely expensive quote to replace the pads. So easy and cheap to buy and install yourself. At a quarter of the cost.
The folk at Holloway air and electrical were friendly and helpful from start to finish. The team installing the air con were efficient, professional, polite and respectful. All went really smoothly in spite of one small hiccup, but a solution was found quickly to everyones satisfaction. There was no mucking around, they just got on with the job. Well done all. I have no problems recommending holloway air and electrical.
Recently had a split system with two heads by Holloway. From the very start the office manager Carla was so switched on and prompt. Once the job was in the system the process was very fast. The tenants informed he that the onsite trades guys were spot on. This is important. I have properties in Bendigo and have now found my go to air conditioning firm. Thank you Holloway (+Carla)
Holloway installed our ducted split system, I could not be happier with their service. From the start of the quoting process with Adam, communication was always prompt and easy to understand. Maddi, Zac and Nick carried out the installation over two days, Maddi explained the whole process in detail and was happy to answer any questions I had. I had a great experience with Holloway and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Holloway provided a competitive quote for a replacement main switchboard in which I wanted to add some smart devices. Paul was happy to work with me in designing the new switchboard board and installing the smart devices. Took longer than initially anticipated and he came back for another half day to finish the job. Neat and tidy job including the colourbond surround covering the gap left by the old box. Left the area clean & tidy so very happy with the end result. Recommended.
