Avoid if you have solar and a battery. BRACS installed a split system in our home and wired it straight to the grid, so our battery and solar can't cover it at all. We told them in writing before the install that there was a battery system at the property, and their own electrician inspected our switchboard beforehand, so this wasn't a surprise to them. The result is a heater running on grid power every cold day for no reason. What tipped it to one star was the response. When I raised it, there was no ownership and no interest in helping, just "it wasn't stipulated." Couldn't get me off the phone fast enough. Disappointing workmanship and worse follow-up. Steer clear

Great experience getting a split system unit installed about an hour’s drive from Bendigo. Even though my place is a fair drive from their location, I had a quote the same day I requested it and actual installation within days. Everyone I dealt with, from sales to installation were lovely to deal with and I am very happy with the job.

We are so grateful for these guys. Our air conditioner stopped working during a heatwave and even though they were so extremely busy, while also trying to look after the health and safety of their staff they made it a priority to come and fix our cooling straight away! Thank you so much!

We recently had a ducted reverse cycle system installed by Craig, Ash and Jack. They worked really hard and did a great job. The young guy also went very well. The Sparky was great too. There were others also I didn’t catch their names because they were too flat out. Everyone was super efficient and made sure I knew what was going on and what was going where before they proceeded. Ash was even sure to protect our pets bowls from dust. All round it was a great experience. From quote and questions being rapidly answered to sitting here in total comfort now I don’t know what more a customer could ask for. Easily worth a five star review and I can definitely recommend them.

I am happy they fixed my AC for $264. But Surprisingly, did not expect $176 for look over to my ice machine for less than 5 minutes which I did not requested. The technician came to fix my AC, and I asked them do they also fix ice machine, The technician says I have to call and book again. I said ok. Then after fixing my AC they said they have few minutes remaining, if they can check the ice machine too. I said ok if they got few time. They unplugged everything and said the relay is the fault. They said they will contact back me once they find the relay. After all they send me a quote of $496.15 and slapped with $176 for finding faulty relay, took less than 5 minutes.
