Sergio and Caine took excellent care of us today. We called around, and no one could come out for a week(Even though its 100 degrees outside). Too Cool Air was able to come out the next day. Quality work, reasonable price, and super friendly. We will definitely be using them in the future. Thanks again yall!
Sergio @ Too Cool HVAC did a great job! They were professional, honest, and easy to work with from start to finish. The work was done cleanly and correctly, and they took the time to explain what needed to be done without trying to oversell anything. It is hard to find companies that are both skilled and trustworthy, but Too Cool HVAC delivered. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service or repairs.
Great experience with Too Cool Air. My AC stopped blowing cold right as temps started climbing here in Southlake. Sergio came out, was super professional and courteous, and got the system back up and running without any hassle. Fast, friendly service, exactly what you need when it's hot outside. Will definitely be calling them again for any future HVAC needs.
My compressor went out on my AC unit contacted Sergio from Too Cool Air from a referral. He managed my parts exchange that were under warranty and did the repairs. He did all the work and then even made some adjustments to my ducts to improve the airflow. I thought we were done but he stopped by the next day to check in and run tests yet again to ensure everything was working as it should. Will use him again if I need to (hopefully not) but will gladly recommend him!
Sergio was awesome! He was polite and quick and so knowledgeable. It’s been so hot without our AC and he got it working and explained what happened and how to help it not happen again. I will recommend this company to everyone.
