Smart Air is my go to A/C service company since 2016 when they installed 2 new units in my house. They are honest, efficient, and reliable in solving A/C problems that I experienced. One thing that set them apart from others is that they don’t charge for diagnostic service call. My tenant had some issues two days ago that the downstairs unit not cooling. I scheduled Smart Air for a service call. Pete from Smart Air got there early before the scheduled time. He did all the checks but couldn’t find anything wrong. He restarted the A/C unit and cool air came out. He gave my tenant some tips to make sure the condensate water doesn’t buildup and causing the level switch to shut down the unit. When I called him later about the service charge, he said that it is still free since there is no change in their operating philosophy. Now, that is Honest and Great Service!!
Needed someone to help with my AC unit repair, I googled for the top rated around my area and Smart Air was right at the top. Specifically chose Smart Air because reviewers consistently praised them as honest and reasonable with the price. After they repaired my AC unit, I would say that I completely agree with other customers in saying that this company is honest, professional, and reasonable with prices. They dont try to upcharge you with maintenance and repairs that you dont need. The tech (Jay) was also very knowledgeable about my system and explained the issue very clearly to me. If in the future I would need any other HVAC services or anyone I know would need a recommendation, I would definitely be using/recommending Smart Air.
Pete showed up on time and was quick and efficient. My unit was running well and did not need any major maintenance after not being serviced for five years. Smart Air installed the unit five years ago which demonstrates their effectiveness. Thanks Pete. It was pleasant talking with you this morning.
Pete was extremely nice and personable! He gave me a lot of great advice regarding both my A/C unit and life in general. He is incredibly easy to talk to, and I could tell that he genuinely cared about helping me. I originally purchased a Groupon for a diagnostic check. Pete came out the first day, but due to bad weather, he willingly volunteered to come back the next day. I deeply appreciate this because it took extra time out of his busy schedule. He truly came to serve and educate. As a single woman, inviting a stranger into my home can sometimes feel uneasy, but Pete was so polite, professional, and respectful that he made me feel completely comfortable. He provides exceptional customer service and an amazing overall experience. I will most definitely use his services in the future!
