I've been using Punbar for a few years and their service have been consistently good and reliable. They are always quick to reply and give you an appointment when you call and the technicians are good. They are also careful and considered to make sure they keep "the mess" under control while they are working and leave everything clean before they leave. Jose Garcías was in charge of the service this time. He was kind, professional, respectful and friendly.

As usual, Punbar Air did a great job. Their techniciansare all very professional and they consistently show multiple options at various price points to help you make a decision moving forward with any repairs or replacement. Gustavo especially did a great job making sure I was comfortable with everything. I highly recommend them!

The technician did a wonderful job. He was punctual, courteous, well informed, and efficient. He was able to identify the problem with our air conditioning system and repair it immediately. He also was very thorough in evaluating the entire system. I was very impressed with the service, and we will definitely be using them in the future.

Did great work repairing a water drain issue with the drip pan under the air handler. Gustavo C. was very knowledgeable and explained in detail what the issue was and the repairs involved. Much appreciated. Business was very good with communicating with me. I recommend them......
