Blake who came out to evaluate was knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to explain everything and the recommended solution. Blake was able to come out same day and quickly identified the issue and made the necessary modifications/repairs that another AC company missed. I highly recommend him and ProTech. We will definitely be requesting their services again!
