I was referred to Northwind by a family member. They were very quick to respond, very professional, and took time to explain my options for the needed repair and the long term needs of my system. My system is dated (about 20 years) and I know it is reaching a point for replacement, however it was nice that they didn’t just push me to move forward with that kind of purchase right away. It’s relieving to have found a trustworthy company that is willing to work with me for long term planning and not just trying to sell me a new system. I will definitely be calling again next year when I ready to take the plunge of the new system replacement.

Northwind and Jose did a great job in servicing my A/C unit. They arrived in the time window stated and called in advance to let me know when they would arrive. Jose was polite and knowledgeable and answered my questions. Fixed my issues and back up and running quickly.

To have an experienced professional help us on a Sunday of a three day Weekend (Memorial Day) is a dream come true.
