Water heater removal and replace. Elders Heating & Air gave me a same day appointment, less than an hour after I called. Service technician was polite, hard working and very professional. He worked quickly to find me a replacement unit, went and picked it up and returned to install it. Left a very neat and clean work space. Great and friendly experience. Thanks Elders Heating & Air!

Greg is a very straightforward, personable, and knowledgeable technician. He arrived just when he said he would. He clearly explained the problem with my AC unit and what he considered the best options for me with no pressure tactics. I was impressed with his incredible skill set in multiple trades.
