Rodolfo Rodriguez of House Pro Air Conditioning was extremely professional, efficient, and, most importantly, very courteous, friendly, and polite. He did the job very quickly with virtually no interruption of our daily routine. This is not the first time he came to work on our HVAC system and has always been as described above. It's always a pleasure doing business with him. We feel very comfortable and safe around him. He always explains the issues in layman's terms understood by us, shows photos, and provides solid basis for the costs involved. We would always like to request his services for our HVAC needs. Lucy+Michael July 2026 Update - Victor Vazquez Review: Victor Vazquez visited our household several times for different types of AC repairs. He was highly professional and efficient. He diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed it properly. He literally bent over backwards to reach the source of the problem. He crawled into spaces no human seemed to be able to enter! :-) Victor was very nice and polite, the kind of stranger you feel comfortable to welcome into your home. We would recommend him to anyone seeking high-quality AC service and repair. July 2026 Update - Brandon Dedeaux Review: Brandon Dedeaux visited our household several times, first, to discuss the financial aspects, and then to conduct the post-factum inspection of the newly installed AC system. During his first visit, Brandon very clearly described different options from a technical and financial standpoint so that we could make the correct decision. Based on his clarifications, we opted for a brand-new AC system because our original one was very old and outdated, and it was just a matter of time before its total breakdown. We got the new system installed and do not regret it a single moment. Brandon is a complete delight as a person. He is very friendly, polite, and attentive. He has a great sense of humor and made us feel very at ease during the whole process. At the same time, he is a highly qualified, professional, and efficient specialist. He arranged for the new system to be installed very quickly. It was very important for us because we were without air conditioning during the peak of the Houston heat wave and suffered quite a lot. Brandon was very nice and polite, the kind of stranger you feel comfortable to welcome into your home without any doubt. Leo did a great job all the way through. Personable, straightforward, felt like he was really here to take care of us. We had a critical drain line issue and the line that sold me was “my responsibility is to help you out”. He completed the job same day and worked with me to schedule the remaining repairs without pressuring me. I’m sold!

I had a great experience with HOUSE pro AC company. The technician Brandon D arrived on time was very knowledgeable professional and took his time to diagnose my issue on my air condition unit. The recommendations is my AC unit needs to be replaced. Brandon was great about going over pricing and showed me a lot of fair options. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing AC service or repair. Brandon has outstanding customer service.

I would 10/10 recommend House Pro AC for any HVAC needs. They were sent to me by my Home Warranty company and it was an amazing experience. Samuel Z. was very knowledgeable, explained everything in terms I understood, showed me before/after photos of the issues/fixes, he was on time, courtesy and got my AC up and running like new.
