We had H-Town replace our outside unit and condenser. Their prices are fair. They came when they said they would and the guys doing the installing were very conscientious of our floors. Sergio and Juaquin were very pleasant. They got right to work. Cleaned up after themselves - made sure that I was happy with the installation. My dad had an AC business and I wanted to make sure I worked with someone that was honest and didn't try to upsell me. That was how they were. I would highly recommend them.
Dimitri and his fellow teammates came out and installed a complete new HVAC system at our place in Midtown Houston. There was a repeat visit the following day to check up on the system to address an issue of inadequate cooling. This was investigated and corrected very quickly, and the system works extremely well. This company has always provided great service and are very quick to respond. We are a 6 year repeat customer.
Recently had my home AC repleced and got great service from these guys. The esimators Tony and Fabian were both professional and I didn't feel like they were trying to upsell me on anything. They offered me a lower cost solution that wouldn't require me to replace the whole system, but the cost to replace the system was reasonable so I opted to go with that. They sold me a good system that was the right size for my house and offered good finiancing options. The installer Sergio and his assistant were both friendly and professional and they got the whole job done in about 6 hours. They were thorough and worked at a good pace without seeming like they are rushing. This install was only a few weeks ago, so I haven't needed to call them out for service yet, but I will update this review when and if I ever do. They offered a 10 year service warranty and good quality Carrier equipment. Highly reccommend them!
I called Htown after receiving a very high quote from another company. They came out quickly and were so helpful. Their pricing is affordable and their quality of work is impeccable. Antonio was incredibly helpful and exceptionally knowledgeable. I signed up For Their maintenance service and am so glad I did. Highly recommend!!!
My system failed in stifling heat and I obtained quotes from 5 HVAC providers. (1) H-Town charged $90 to come out, the highest charge of the 5. (2) To my surprise, the repairman they sent was not authorized to provide a quote. Instead, they sent another person the next day who verified the repairman's assessment before providing a quote. H-Town is the only one of the 5 to do a tag-team approach to quotes. (3) It took over 24 hrs for him to send the quote. (4) I requested multiple quotes with a range of options and costs from each provider. The other providers gave me from 2 to 8 options from which to choose. I received 1 option from H-Town. (5) While H-Town offers Carrier products, one of the premier quality HVAC systems, they also came in at the very highest price by far. I ultimately went with a comparable system from another provider for $4,000 less. Summary: H-Town did nothing wrong but just weren't competitively priced and slow to act compared to their competition.
