Installers did not utilize this space well. We replaced 2 Hot Water heaters with one larger unit- they installed this unit at the edge of the platform making access to the HVAC unit tight and replacing the batteries on the shut off valve very difficult. They could have easily installed the new unit back by 2 feet. They failed to follow instructions on 2 other units on the other side of the house and had to come back to redo the work as was specified originally. Their estimator was very good, but the follow through was disappointing.
My AC stopped working at 10:30pm in the heat of summer. BillyGo came out the very next day and solved the issue very quickly. They had great communication and were courteous and professional. I will be using them for future maintenance and repairs. Great customer service!
Had a leak due to my bathtub unfortunately that fix required holes on drywall as well as on the outside of my house ....but Andres explained everything that needed doing in a very professional manner. When the crew (Chris and Caleb?)came to fix the issue a week later they too were amazing. Issue fixed! So glad I called billyGo! Thank you guys so much!
Our technician, John Scott, was friendly, professional, and efficient. He took the time to clearly explain the issue and the reasoning behind his assessment. Since the visit only involved an inspection and no repairs were needed, he chose not to charge us. I truly appreciated his honesty and excellent customer service, and I would definitely recommend this company to others.
Outstanding work at a very reasonable price! I called BillyGo because I was experiencing leakage under my bathroom sink (which is also my AC drain line). The technician, Mr. Jonathan Obryant, came by and inspected the area, gave me a reasonable estimate on the repair required, and repaired the link during the same visit. Jonathan was both professional and very knowledgeable. I will definitely use this company again!!
