I had AC service check on May 29, 2026 for the first time. I had a leak June 24, 2026 in my main ac drain related to the pipe not being connected. Not sure how it happened as I had no leak and the air has been on for months. The last person in the attic was Bellaire Air on May 29. Andre’s came to determine the issue. And fixed the problem. The tech said no rodents in the attic. And it was no charge to fix the issue. I’m super happy that my AC is working again. The time without was pretty warm in my home. We needed to determine it was related to the AC and it was. The picture is before the fix. Thanks again for the sane day service. I really appreciate it.

We had Peter do our AC maintenance today, he was very thorough and took his time explaining everything regarding our systems. He was very friendly with our pets and treated our home with respect. Excellent company and excellent technician! Recommend Bellaire and Peter for any AC needs!

Ashton the service technician was awesome. He was incredibly thorough and inspected all our HVAC equipment. Thoroughly cleaned out 2 AC units and identified a few potential problem areas. He also called in Charlie to consult on an overheating issue and it was resolved quickly without having to buy a new unit. I am extremely happy with their service. On time, thorough, professional and very reasonable for all the work done. I was the one asking about a service contract by the end of their visit.

Late Monday morning I noticed my house wasn’t cooling, a problem I’ve had before and it’s always an expensive fix. I’ve used several AC companies in the past and have never been satisfied or trusted their service. This time I tried Bellaire AC and I’m so glad I did! Dispatch understood my frustration and were kind enough to fit me into the schedule for that afternoon. Andres arrived and quickly assessed it was just a burned out wire. He had it fixed and cooling again in 5 minutes! Since it was such a simple repair I asked if he had time to go ahead and do summer maintenance on the unit while he was here which he happily agreed to do even though it was the end of the day. He even flushed out the line which other companies have always charged separately from the maintenance charge. He was super polite and knowledgeable and patiently explained the status of the unit for its age and what kind of performance to expect from it in the future. Thank you Andres!!! I have finally found a trustworthy, reliable AC company! Yay!!

I recently needed to replace my home hvac system. I solicited several quotes. By far the best, well thought out bid was from Zach Cooper of Bellaire HVAC. He was very thorough in his presentation with clear explanation of what he was proposing. He loves this game. I made a decision to upgrade my system with a very good Lennox system. The install went very well. Zach and the install crew stayed very late to program, came back the next day to complete and Zach did an amazing follow up to take care of a main drain problem that was likely outside his scope. He did this to satisfy his commitment to complete at the highest level. Jaime and his install crew were equally professional and gave 110% to the effort. Bellaire left my home as if they hadn't been there. Really top notch effort and service. I highly recommend Bellaire HVAC, it's nice to work with hvac pros and beyond that, great people. 5 gold stars.
