This has been the worst experience I've ever had. After more than a week without air conditioning, a technician finally came today to replace the coil (or whatever part they said needed replacing). Six hours later, my house is still extremely hot because the system is only blowing hot air. This issue started on July 2, and today is July 10. Throughout this entire time, I've dealt with repeated delays, broken promises, and poor communication. Every visit has ended with diagnostics and another promise to return, yet the problem remains unresolved. I just called customer service again, and once again I was told that technicians would be sent out. I've heard the same promise multiple times. I also noticed that my previous review somehow disappeared from this platform, so I'm posting my experience again. I will continue to update my review based on how this situation is handled. This level of service is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I want to share my experience so other customers know what to expect. I have now been without air conditioning for two weeks. During that time, this has resulted in four technician visits, and my issue still has not been resolved. The most recent technician confirmed that the coil was frozen and stated that there was nothing he could do at that time. The unit was shut off, leaving my home without air conditioning. After contacting the office, I was informed that another technician would be coming out the following day, but only to perform diagnostics. After that, another appointment would still need to be scheduled for the actual repair. At this point, there have been multiple visits, repeated evaluations, and continued delays without a working solution. Going two weeks without air conditioning, especially during the summer, is extremely frustrating and falls far short of the level of service I expected. I understand that repairs can sometimes be complex and parts may take time, but clearer communication, better coordination, and a faster resolution process would have made a significant difference in this experience. As promised, I will continue to provide updates until the issue is fully resolved. Two weeks without air conditioning and counting

Horrible Customer Service! I bought a heater and AC in January 2026. I was happy that they were able to install the units on the same day (night) that I purchased them. Overnight, we discovered that the system was not working correctly. When I called the company to come back, they kept trying to make me call a 3rd party warranty company. After some time, they agreed to send a technician who replaced the thermostat that should have been done originally. Recently, I had a service come clean out my duct system. The technician asked me to come to the attic where he showed me that one of the ducts was not connected., see attached picture. Airtron did not do any duct work for me, but would have had move the unit where the duct was connected. They did not ensure that the duct was reconnected. I called them and again they tried to make me call the 3rd party warranty company. After a bit, I was told that the manager was in a meeting and they would call me when he was finished. When the operator called back, she told me that this was not covered by their warranty. I asked to speak to the manager and was sent to his voicemail. I did not get a return call. My intent was to vent about the poor quality of work and get a quote on replacing the duct work. These guys ain't worth your business.

If there was a zero star I would put that. The only reason why I used them is because I am covered under warranty with Beazer. This is the second year in a row that Airtron has failed me. Last year, it took them 3 visits before finding the problem and another visit to fix it. Each time they kept trying to tell me there isn't a problem. When the house heats up to 80 degrees and it's set on 72, it's a problem. This year it has taken another 3 visit to find the problem. They are now telling me that even if the part comes in on a Friday, they will not install over the weekend. Meanwhile I have a toddler and 2 dogs suffering in this heat. I've had to spend an additional $700 on a portable unit to keep the house under 85. Meanwhile, there have been other problems developing because the AC isn't working. I haven't even looked at my electricity bill. When asked how they going to fix their mistakes, Airtron took no responsibility. They found no urgency in fixing my unit and showed no empathy or compassion for people. They told me they were not going to do anything other than send a tech out to look. I am not the only one who has had this issue with them. My neighbor is also without AC for over a week now. This isn't a one time thing but a pattern. Do not consider using this company.

Honestly, if it would let me rate Airtron a 0, I would. This company does not deserve any positive ratings. I am extremely disappointed with the continuous issues and lack of professionalism from Airtron over the last two years in our new-build home in the outkirts of Houston. From day one, their workmanship has been completely sub-par, causing us endless headaches, unneeded stress, and unnecessary out-of-pocket expenses for a system that should have been running flawlessly. Over the last two years, we have had to deal with a constant string of major HVAC failures caused by their poor installation work—including drain line issues that caused water leaks and ceiling/roof and floor damage, ongoing cooling problems, and constant service calls for a brand-new system. Most recently, our AC unit failed completely in the middle of summer due to a bad capacitor. Despite the unit being covered under a 5-year parts warranty, Airtron charged us $421 out-of-pocket just to turn our air back on. When we pushed back on the miscommunication regarding warranty coverage, we were told a partial refund was being coordinated. After waiting patiently for several days, I called Airtron management directly to check the status, only to be told there was no record of any refund or outreach in their system. Airtron provides sub-par installation, terrible communication, and zero accountability when their own equipment fails. Homeowners shouldn't have to pay out-of-pocket for a contractor's continuous mistakes. Save yourself the headache and avoid using Airtron.

I called this company for a second opinion on my AC system, but my experience was disappointing. The technician spent less than 30 minutes inspecting the unit before telling us we needed to replace the entire indoor unit. He also immediately offered a payment plan and stated that the system was no longer under warranty. What concerned me most was that his recommendation was completely different from what another HVAC company had told me. I was specifically looking for an honest second opinion, but I left feeling like the inspection was rushed and that replacement was recommended without a thorough evaluation. I would encourage others to get multiple opinions before making such a costly decision.
