Recently I got them install Media Filters in both of my AC Units and got all the ducts sanitized and cleaned by their special cleaning tools. The other technician fixed UV LIGHTS in the system to kill all bacteria and fungal growth. They did a good job and followed all protocols for cleaning and installation without dirtying any of our rooms.
Air Specialist was great. The technician, Mr. Yuan, did a thorough check on my AC. He took pictures of everything. He explained all problems and gave me the data for good and bad performance so that I could make a right decision about repairs. He even pointed out a problem he noticed not associated with the work his company does. I am so grateful for his excellent service. I would highly recommend Air Specialist and Mr. Yuan.
We had our A/C maintenance to prepare for the summer. We have been using this company for 10+ years. They were recommended by a neighbor when we moved here. So far, they have been very dependable. The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. They are almost always on time and that's very much appreciated.
Air Specialist sent Kyle to come give us an estimate on Tuesday. He explained our options thoroughly and gave us a very competitive price quote. We accepted it and a crew showed up Wednesday to do our install. They worked for 12 hours in a very hot attic to replace our entire air conditioning and heating system, including the ducts. We were very impressed with their professionalism. The crew leader, Richard, kept us informed along the way and left the house in great shape when they were done. We highly recommend Air Specialists for all your HVAC needs.
