They were very professional,on time and dependable. When our HVAC unit went out, they came out and gave us an estimate and submitted it to our warranty company and work with us to get it installed. They were affordable. I would recommend them to anyone.
Five stars for Tommie! He came out to repair my AC today and did an absolutely phenomenal job. He was professional, courteous, and very efficient. He diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it right the first time, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. This was arranged by my home warranty but It's such a relief to have the AC running smoothly again. If you use this company, definitely ask for Tommie!
I would definitely recommend this company. They were very professional, on time and dependable. When our HVAC unit went out on a Saturday night, I submitted a claim to our home warranty. They then contacted 24 Seven and they came out on Tuesday. They gave us an estimate and submitted it to our warranty company. They were here first thing on Friday and we were cooling in our home that afternoon. Very happy with their work. Thank you 24 Seven!!!
Tommie with 24 Seven AC, arrived within the time frame that was given and was very professional from start to finish. He was respectful, polite, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell he truly knows what he’s doing because he was able to identify and fix the AC issue quickly and efficiently. It’s hard to find people these days who are both skilled and professional, but Tommie definitely delivered on both. I truly appreciate the great service and would highly recommend him to anyone needing AC work done.
