Bobby of tower heating came to do the annual a/c check and was super helpful. He even got water from my outside faucet which I thought was stuck and was very careful of furniture near the attic steps. He was on time, (early in the time "window") and phoned when close - saving me the rest of my day!! The service was a good experience in every way.
Tower Heating and Air has handled our heating and AC maintenance for years and always taken care of us in any emergency. Ozzie came today for the maintenance on the AC and was professional, thoroughly inspected our systems, and explained any adjustments needed to our units. We welcome Ozzie to return !! Highly recommend Tower for maintain and replace your heating and air systems.
I like Tower HVAC; they have serviced my system for a while. What I don't like is their new answering service. I used to be able to call and talk to Craig or Jerry, but now it goes through an answering service, which asks a plethora of questions only to say, "There's no one to help you; they'll have to call you back." What a pain!
I called in to Tower Heating & Air to get some information about my newly installed BOSCH HVAC which was actually completed by another company. I was hoping to get just a couple minutes at most of someone's time to ask a few questions about the unit, but I was pleasantly surprised when Reggie, the service manager took upwards of an hour going over not just my system, but my ductwork and layout of my home in hopes of providing me maximum efficiency. I remind you, that I did not buy the equipment or have the install done by Tower Heating and Air, as I live about an hour away, but Reggie still took the time out of his incredibly busy morning to help me out. It is hard to find customer service like this these days, but Tower Heating & Air provides just that. They have gained a customer in me moving forward, as I will be contacting them about a new water heater in the very near future. Thank you again to Reggie and his team for going above and beyond for my family. -Travis
I met Craig in a local networking group, and when my hot water heater decided to rupture, I rang him up and he was able to get Monroe, Ian, and Juan over to my place in 1 business day. Our water heater was a bit odd, so they had to find a solution that would fit, but they stayed with me and it as the found one, took the old one out, installed the new one (which was a bit more complicated than expected), and now we have hot water again! Thanks Craig, Robert, Monroe, Ian, and Juan!
