Mike and his son did an excellent job diagnosing the issue with my outdoor A/C unit. They quickly identified that the capacitor needed to be replaced and had my air conditioning up and running again in less than two hours. They were professional, explained the problem clearly, kept me informed throughout the repair, and worked efficiently from start to finish. I really appreciated their honesty, communication, and quality of work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service and will absolutely call them again if I have any future issues.

Our AC unit stopped working over the weekend. I called Real Cool and they were able to come within an hour. There were a few issues with our unit and they fixed all of them pretty quickly. Their pricing was also very reasonable.
