We purchased a property in NC and wanted to have the heating and air conditioning inspected just for peace of mind as we were unfamiliar with some aspects of this particular installation. Someone in the local community recommended Proctor Heating and Air Conditioning. We reached out and were glad we did! They were extremely pleasant, courteous and professional. They turned up exactly as scheduled performed a thorough inspection of the system and were kind enough to let us follow around whilst they explained it all to us. We will definately use them for any future HVAC needs we may have and would have no reservations about recommending them to anyone else. In fact I would encourage you to give them a call!
I have used this company a couple of times over the past several years and they have always been reliable, quick to respond and polite. The technicians are efficient and thorough. I called them yesterday when my HVAC capacitor went out and they were here within a few hours. Hunter answered all of my questions and patiently explained things in terms that someone with no experience would understand. He also answered a few questions that didn't relate to the reason for the visit. I recommend this company 100% for your HVAC service and maintenance needs.

Technician explained everything that he was Inspecting and why each part could affect the cooling of my AC unit. Thankfully, it only needed Freon. This company was referred to me by many neighbors for their honesty, knowledge and professionalism. Would definitely recommend them. While he was here, he did a check of both units just to get me ready for the summer.
