Phil N Great is the best. We live in Cary and have used them for well over 10 years. They are ALWAYS responsive, knowledgeable, courteous and reasonably priced. The last two calls we have had Tyler come out to service our AC and he is fantastic - nice, personable and efficient. We will always use Phil N Great to service our home. Can’t say enough great things about them - give them a call you won’t be disappointed.
Easy to book a service appointment online. Great communication. Able to come out to fix our ailing AC the next day. Fixed the probablem quickly at a very reasonable cost. We are repeat customers and highly recommend Phil N Great for your AC needs.
We've been using Phil N Great for my HVAC needs for over three years and I am very pleased with their customer service and support. The technicians are knowledgeable, prompt and thoughtful. Our three HVAC units are serviced twice a year and I always feel like I'm in good hands. One unit had to be replaced early last year and all went smoothly. It's been the best HVAC support experience we've had for this home.
Bill came out to assess my HVAC and give me a quote on a replacement. He was knowledgeable, straightforward and didn’t try to sell me things I don’t need. His quote was far and away the best quote I got. Thanks to a cancellation, his team was able to come out and install my new unit the next day! Elio, Ivan and Rudy were amazing and got the installation in quickly, got rid of all the old stuff. They were a great team that worked efficiently, were skillful, and friendly. I highly recommend this company and this team specifically!
I have used Phil N Great since we bought our home in 2017. Caitlin and his team Have always been prompt and responsive to any of our needs. Replaced our HVAC system as well as furnace and have kept the units running well. Would highly recommend anyone who wants top-notch professional service with personalized attention.
