Our AC went out on a Friday afternoon, and the owner personally made room for us in his schedule by late Saturday morning. He was knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and got our AC up and working within about 20 minutes. They don’t charge an arm and a leg, and they are a great small business to support. Highly, highly recommend.
There are not enough good words that I could say about Beard Brothers HVAC. Over the last 3 years, we've used Beard Brothers for air conditioning unit replacement, duct work replacement and most recently crawlspace repair. Brett Ryan is honest, reliable and works in the best interest of the customer and their needs. He's made the stress of multiple jobs easy to understand and within budget. All of the workers who have been to my residence have been incredibly respectful, communicate through the entire process and ensure that you are satisfied with the work before they leave the job. If you are looking for a trustworthy HVAC company, Beard Brothers is the only company worth using.
Fantastic service. My renter was out on AC last night, I called many emergency HVAC companies and left VMs and none even got back to me! Beard Brothers LCC got back to me IMMEDIATELY, I believe it was close to 10pm when I contacted them. My renter had AC in less than 12 hours from first contact with Beard Brothers. 10/10 would recommend.
Amazing service, Steve was incredibly knowledgeable and gave me the best price on the repair of my system. Wish i could give 6 stars. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants the best repair/service of their homes HVAC.
To be clear I didn’t actually have them do any work on my HVAC, but they were extremely informative and helpful during the process, good customer service and small community attention to detail. Possibly using them in the future, thanks!
