We recently experienced a strange smell coming through our heat pump. We contacted Eneco when they opened and they had a technician at our house before lunch. The technician was polite and extremely thorough. He explained everything he was doing to check our system, as he did it, making us feel very comfortable with the entire service. Although he was able to smell the odor that we smelled, he was not able to resolve the issue. We have a couple of rooms that we keep the doors closed because of our cats. He suggested we open those rooms when possible to let them air out. We did that and the smell is much less noticeable. We have used Eneco for many years from replacing our HVAC system to helping us with plumbing issues and they are always a pleasure to work with.

Sometimes it's not how good a Company's quality of work , or service tells the complete story of a Company's commitment to customer satisfaction. How it handles problems that eventually will arise does, however. Not to get into a detailed explanation of two issues I had when I received my bill here, I will tell how it was resolved. I chose to write a letter instead of calling the Company as my course of action for various reasons. After enough time had passed for the letter to be received, I followed up with an Email. Within minutes I received a phone call from the Manager who had recently read said letter. We had a polite and courteous two way conversation, and issue number one was handled immediately much to my satisfaction. Issue number two was really a question I had on the repair itself. Note that a picture of this was included with my letter. He was quick to see that a better particular part should have been used, and offered to have a Technician come out and replace it at no charge. My wife and I both had the Flu, so I asked him to wait two weeks so we could recover, to which, he agreed. Almost two weeks to the day, he called us back and had the Technician come to our house within 45 minutes !!! In this day , and age, commitment to this level of customer service, and satisfaction is almost unheard of. Rest assured, I will call Eneco Inc when I need their services again. More over, I recommend that you do too !

Wonderful crew and office personnel. Everyone we talk to in the office as well as the crew members who come to do the house call are fantastic. They are skilled, friendly, and always put the customer first. I recommend the yearly contract so you are keeping your Heating/AC equipment in top form with bi-annual checkups. It pays off in the long run!

I can’t say enough good things about this company! They have been fantastic to work with! I have used them several times after moving into a house that was built in the late 1950’s. The home needed many updates at the time of purchase. They are very professional and affordable. They go out of their way for the customer and make themselves available to answer questions and explain options. They are respectful of your home, they have always cleaned up after the job. I love them and after trying other companies in the past, I will not use anyone else. They are genuinely concerned for the situation you find yourself in and the office staff are friendly and willing to get someone out to help you ASAP!!! I have met the owner and his integrity and care for providing the customer an affordable solution has been reflected throughout each employee he has sent to my home! This is a great company, offering many services. Which has made it easier for me, because of their ability to collaborate within other service departments, to determine what is needed. I really appreciate this group of people!

The guys that came out during an ice storm when my meter was removed done and excellent job and call me for days after making sure everything was still working fine. They even came back and ran a line from my wellhouse to my breaker box for easier access.
