After renting through this agency, I came away feeling disappointed with the level of service provided. As a tenant, you rely heavily on clear communication and efficient handling of concerns. Unfortunately, this was not consistently my experience, and it affected my overall satisfaction. They lack of emergency contact, which I believe they need to do rotations or find a way to handle emergencies.
This firm is very reliable and easy to work with. The team was polite, professional, and responsive whenever I reached out. They handled arrangements efficiently and made sure everything was communicated clearly. Overall a very positive experience.
I lived in this property for several years. During my tenancy there were two water leaks from the flat above which caused damage to the carpets and walls. Repairs took around 4 weeks to begin, which was longer than I expected. Communication and action was slow during to the urgency of this matter, after the second one I decided to move out. Just sharing my experience for future tenants.
